StencilOperation enum
What happens to a stencil value once the stencil and depth tests have decided a fragment's fate.
One operation is chosen for each of the three outcomes — see
StencilState — and the value it produces is masked by the write mask
before it lands. Names and order are flutter_gpu's, for the reason the
library docstring gives.
