MethodChannelFlutterBadgeManager class

Legacy MethodChannel-based fallback implementation of FlutterBadgeManagerPlatform.

Federated platform packages now register their own Pigeon-backed implementations during plugin registration. This class remains available only as a compatibility fallback when no federated implementation has been registered yet.
