CockpitPerformanceSummary class final

Compact aggregate performance metrics suitable for normal AI output.

frameCount is the number of retained frames represented by the aggregate. A report can observe more frames than it retains; in that case its CockpitPerformanceReport.droppedFrames field makes the sampling boundary explicit and these metrics must not be interpreted as whole-capture percentiles.
