appStateProvider property
App-authored state served to describeApp commands on every execution
surface. The application decides what to expose — feature flags,
environment, account tier — and the callback runs on demand, so the
value always reflects the moment the command executes. Payloads are
normalized, redacted, and size-bounded before leaving the app process.
These values are layered over the standard settings Cockpit derives from
the widget tree (locale, brightness, theme color, text scale, platform),
so app-authored keys with those names win. describeApp also answers
with the derived settings alone when no provider is configured.
