appActions → Map<String, CockpitAppAction>?: App-registered actions served to appAction commands on every execution surface. Each entry maps an action name to its handler; describeApp reports the registered names so callers can discover what is callable. Only explicitly registered actions can be invoked — there is no generic write surface — and unknown names fail with a structured command error.
