StethoHttpOverrides class
Custom HttpOverrides that wraps the default HttpClient with StethoHttpClient to enable HTTP request/response inspection.
It supports optionally overriding:
- How the proxy is selected via findProxyFromEnvironmentFn.
- How the underlying HttpClient is created via createHttpClientFn.
