MarkerTransition class
How a layer wants its next marker update animated (see PlatformMarkerTransition for what every backend does).
appearFrom: object id of an added marker → position it slides from while fading in.
disappearTo: object id of a removed marker → position it slides to while fading out.
The layer's other added markers fade in, its other removed markers fade out, and its moved markers glide.
Positions follow moveCurve, opacities fadeInCurve / fadeOutCurve (flutter_map_marker_cluster's
clusterExpandCurve / clusterCollapseCurve, fadeInCurve, fadeOutCurve). A Cubic reaches every backend
exactly; any other curve is sampled.
