PrinterProvider enum
A receipt printer this plugin can drive.
An enum rather than a bool so a second device is a new case here and a new backend natively, not a second set of methods. The name crosses the channel and the native side resolves it to a device.
The device is auto-detected — HaloSdkUi.getPrinter resolves which make it actually is, and HaloSdkUi.print binds it on first use. A brand ships one app to an estate that may be MobiPOS on one device and Zebra on the next, and the app uses whatever it is installed on.
