native_proxy_resolver library
Per-URL proxy resolution through the operating system — including PAC
scripts and WPAD auto-discovery — for dart:io HttpClient,
package:http and Dio.
Start with SystemProxy.resolve, or make every HttpClient proxy-aware
with SystemProxy.installHttpOverrides.
