DriveCredentialRequest class final

Client → Hub: manage the caller's own git credentials on nodeId.

op is add | list | remove. host is set for add/remove; credential carries the omnydrive GitCredential JSON for add. The caller's principal is NOT sent — the hub stamps it onto NodeDriveCredentialRequest.
