Creates a new ObservabilityConfigurationArgs. observabilityConfigurationName Name of the observability configuration. region Region where this resource will be managed. Defaults to the Region set in the provider configuration. tags Key-value map of resource tags. If configured with a provider defaultTags configuration block present, tags with matching keys will overwrite those defined at the provider-level. traceConfiguration Configuration of the tracing feature within this observability configuration. If you don't specify it, App Runner doesn't enable tracing. See traceConfiguration Block below for more details.
