Pipeline class

Provides an Elastic Transcoder pipeline resource.

> Warning: This resource is deprecated. Use AWS Elemental MediaConvert instead. AWS will discontinue support for Amazon Elastic Transcoder, effective November 13, 2025.

Example Usage
