How many times a failed request is retried on top of the first attempt,
so the default of 3 means four attempts in total. Only a transport
failure that never got a response at all (not the timeout — see
requestTimeout) or a 5xx response is retried.
How long a single HTTP attempt may go without progress before the SDK
stops waiting for it — a per-read clock, reset on every byte received,
applied to the response body as well as the status. Defaults to 30s,
the value sdk-kotlin uses for both its connect and its read timeout.
Not retried: the connection may have been accepted and the request may
already be sitting with the server, so a timeout is the same
double-count hazard as a body-read failure — the call ends here, at
this one deadline, rather than at this deadline times
maxRetryAttempts.
Delay before retrying a 5xx response. Defaults to 2000ms, sdk-kotlin's
SERVER_ERROR_RETRY_DELAY_MS — deliberately longer than
transportRetryDelay there, and kept so here.
