SeatFilter class

Kit-ignorant filter that dims and disables non-matching seats.

The filter never inspects the generic payload T — it only reads SeatElement.category (id) and SeatElement.status, both non-generic.

Pass allowedCategoryIds to show only certain seat types. Pass onlyAvailable to hide non-bookable seats. Non-matching seats are dimmed and excluded from hit-testing.
