Single or multi select chips. UChipChoice<String>(options: const ["A", "B"], selected: "A", onChanged: (i, on, item) {})
UTagChips<T extends UNumericIdentifiable>
On/off chips for one group of numeric tags (amenities, policies, type...). tags is the item's whole tag list and is edited in place; single keeps at most one of options selected.
