VuNetworkImage class

Drop-in ImageProvider that emits Android-parity image.load spans.

Swap NetworkImage(url) for VuNetworkImage (or use VuImage.network) so memory hits, network fetches, success/error/cancel, and an optional child HTTP GET are recorded. Stock NetworkImage / Image.network are not instrumented automatically.

Timing: on the network path, success ends when PaintingBinding.instantiateImageCodecWithSize returns a ui.Codec (codec-ready), not when the first decoded frame is delivered to listeners. That keeps outcome resolution off a permanent ImageStreamListener (which would block cancelled and ImageCache live-image eviction). First-frame decode time is therefore excluded from image.load duration.
